UK - Signed For service
US - International Tracked Service
Europe - International Track & Sign Service
South Africa & Australia - International Signed For
RoW - International Track & Sign Service

Orders for the EU usually arrive within 3-5 days. German customs can hold up orders to Germany for longer. International orders usually take 7-10 days except South Africa which can take up to one month due to South African customs.
Return Policy: We accept returns for faulty or damaged goods. Please email info@cyphon.com within 3 days of receiving of your order with a picture of the packaging. We will refund you or resend your order.

If your order is returned due to non collection or incorrect address provided we can resend but will require advance payment for second shipment.
